Please note that any return, refund or exchange will only be accepted if the following criteria is met:
Please read and understand the requirement below before proceeding to raise a return, refund or exchange :
- Claims will only be entertained for product defects or delivery of wrong products.
- Claims based on customer, buyer or receiver's change of mind, mistake on order submitted, wrong delivery address will not be entertained.
- Claims based on chocolate-based, butter and dairy based, chilled-based products are not eligible for claims
- Opened and unsealed products are not eligible for claims.
- Returned goods must be in good and intact condition.
- Exchange with other products or item is not allowed, only with the same product or item.
- Claims must be made within 3 working days after product is delivered based on courier delivery tracker number.
- Refund in cash or monetary terms are not allowed in our standard policy and subject to management approval. In any case of a refund, customer will receive refund amount in 30 days after confirmation.
- Any return, refund or exchange value is only based on item or products purchased. We do not refund shipping or courier fee incurred for orders.
- Lost of shipment during return transit will not be entertained.
- Our company does not condone nor accept any bullying, verbal abuse, racist remarks or unprofessional tone exchanged with our employees. Act of such will result claims to be nullified.
