
INGREDIENT
1. Earl Grey Powder | 5g – 8g (1 teaspoon) |
2. Water | 50ml (1 quarter) |
3. Milk | 200ml (3 quarter) |
4. Optional : honey, maple syrup, sugar |
METHOD
- Stir Earl Grey powder into water until dilution is smooth & have no/less lumps.
- Whisk for better creamier taste
- Add into milk and stir well till fully dissolve
- For cold beverage, add Ice
- Add optional ingredient if desired
- Can replace milk with oat milk, soy milk or almond milk
- For stronger matcha taste, can always add more Earl Grey powder
