Butter Pound Cake

INGREDIENT

1. Butter Cake Mix
500g
2. Butter / Margerine
360g
3. Eggs  
275g

          

METHOD

  1. Cream Butter Cake Mix and Butter/Margerine at low speed for 1 minute.
  2. Add eggs slowly, bit by bit and mix to a smooth on medium speed for about 5 minutes
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared & greased cake mould or pan. 
  4. Bake at 180c for 45-50 minutes. (Depends on oven or cake size). 
  5. Let it cold and ready to serve. Can decorate it according to your own preferences.
