
INGREDIENT
1. Butter Cake Mix | 500g |
2. Butter / Margerine | 360g |
3. Eggs | 275g |
METHOD
- Cream Butter Cake Mix and Butter/Margerine at low speed for 1 minute.
- Add eggs slowly, bit by bit and mix to a smooth on medium speed for about 5 minutes
- Pour the batter into the prepared & greased cake mould or pan.
- Bake at 180c for 45-50 minutes. (Depends on oven or cake size).
- Let it cold and ready to serve. Can decorate it according to your own preferences.
